started first thing this morning sanding down the filler on
windnd deflectors around stanchion cut outs.
then marked out for 0.8mm hloes for bulkhead handrails.
found it better to only drill for one end of a rail, then bend rail to
shape, fit it in the hole, then drill the hole at the other end. wires
are glued on the inside.
cut out the platform from the etched brass sheet, bent it to shape in the vice, drilled the holes using platform as a guide and glued in place.
wheelhouse in place temporarily. will be easier to paint before fitting permanently.
total hours 90.
